Oasis Bar & Bistro

Our Policies

A few house rules so every guest enjoys their visit.

Large Party Policy

A large party reservation during service hours will require a deposit of $10 per person and must be confirmed the day of the reservation. Please assume that if your reservation is at 8 pm or earlier, we have booked a table to follow after.

The deposit will be applicable to your final bill. Due to our limited space and demand, a “No call” and/or “No show” will result in no refund of deposit.

Please note the Oasis reservation fee for groups is applicable for the number of guests who honor the reservation. For example, if you reserved a booking for 10 guests, you will pay $100 and if all 10 guests arrive, we will apply the full $100 to your bill. However, if 7 out of the 10 guests honor the reservation, only $70 will be applied to your bill.

Reservation Timing Policy

Parties that are late for their reservation time are given ten minutes before we call the phone number that we have to ascertain arrival status. Given the limited seating of the restaurant, fifteen minutes late with no contact will void your reservation.

We only seat complete parties (no waiting at the table). If you are late, we urge you to contact us so we can make our best effort to accommodate you and your party.

Kids Policy

To ensure the comfort and enjoyment of all our guests, we have established the following policies for children's dining:

  • Children under 18 must always be accompanied by an adult.
  • These policies may vary during the festive season or special promotional events, which may be adults-only.
  • For the safety and well-being of all guests, we kindly ask that children remain within their assigned dining area.

Void & Refund Policy

At Oasis Bar and Bistro, we strive to provide exceptional food and service to all our guests. To ensure clarity and fairness in handling voids, refunds, and cancellations, we have established the following policy:

Valid Reasons for Voids or Refunds

Voids or refunds will only be issued for the following gross missteps:

  • Undercooked Food: Food that is not cooked to the required and safe temperature.
  • Burnt Food: Food that is overcooked to the point of being inedible.
  • Spoiled Beverage or Food: Any food or beverage that is expired or has an off taste or smell indicating spoilage.
  • Safety Protocol Violations: Any issue that goes against health and safety standards, such as foreign objects in food.

Conditions for Voids and Redos

  1. Five-Minute Rule

Customers must notify staff of the issue within five minutes of receiving their food or beverage.

  2. Consumption Limits

    • Up to 25% Consumed: If less than 25% of the meal or beverage has been consumed, we will offer to redo the item or provide a replacement of similar value at no additional charge.
    • 25% to 50% Consumed: If 25% to 50% of the meal or beverage has been consumed, we will offer a partial discount valued at 45% off the current bill or provide a redo of the item or a replacement of similar value.
    • 50% to 75% Consumed: If 50% to 75% of the meal or beverage has been consumed, a partial discount valued at 30% may be applied to the current bill.
    • Over 75% Consumed: If more than 75% of the meal or beverage has been consumed, we may issue a discount valued at 15% for a future purchase instead of a current refund, but the full value will be applied to the bill.

Non-Qualifying Reasons for Voids or Refunds

Voids or refunds will not be issued if the customer simply does not like the taste or flavor of the food or beverage, provided it was prepared correctly and meets our quality standards.

Food Order Cancellation Policy

  1. Cancellation Window

    • Customers dining in may cancel their food order within 10 minutes of placing the order without any fee.
    • If the order is canceled after 10 minutes but within 15 minutes, a 50% fee will be applied. For example, if an entrée valued at $50 is canceled 15 minutes after placing the order, $25 will be charged.
    • After 15 minutes, the customer will receive the food/beverage as ordered and will be charged full price.
  2. Management's Discretion

Management may exercise discretion regarding the cancellation fee if the customer is replacing the canceled item with a dish that uses similar ingredients or if other extenuating circumstances apply.

Steps to Address Issues

  1. Immediate Notification

Customers should notify their server or a manager immediately if they encounter any of the valid reasons for a void or refund or if they wish to cancel an order within the allowed time frame.

  2. Assessment

The server or manager will assess the situation to confirm the validity of the claim or the timing of the cancellation.

  3. Resolution

Based on the assessment, the appropriate action (redo, partial discount, future discount, or cancellation fee) will be taken as per the guidelines outlined above.

Future Purchase Discounts

Future purchase discounts will be provided in the form of a voucher or coupon, valid for use on a subsequent visit within a specified time frame (e.g., 30 days).

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to this policy, which helps us maintain high standards of food quality and service while ensuring fairness for both our customers and staff.
